We are a local, family-owned company based right here in Palm Beach County, Florida. I started this business to give snowbirds and full-time residents true peace of mind when their homes sit empty.
Every week (or every two weeks) I personally visit your property, walk the interior and exterior, check for leaks, water damage, squatters, critters, storm damage, and anything else that could become a costly problem.
You’ll receive a short photo report after each visit so you always know your home is safe.
